At Sidechick Ceramics, each piece is thoughtfully handmade—no two are exactly alike. Because of the nature of small-batch ceramics, I kindly ask that you read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or minor variations in color, shape, or texture. These subtle differences are what make each piece uniquely yours.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at sidechickceramics@gmail.com

Lost Packages
Sidechick Ceramics is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
All custom, made-to-order, and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
A Note on Handmade Work
Each piece is made slowly and intentionally by hand. Slight imperfections, variations, and markings are part of the process and not considered defects—they’re a reflection of the human touch behind your piece.
