Orders + Shipping

When will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces have longer turnaround times (see below).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Do you offer local pickup?

If you’re local to Lake Havasu City, select items may be available for pickup. Please reach out before placing your order to confirm availability.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes! Custom orders are one of my favorite things to create—especially for gifts, weddings, and special occasions.

How do I place a custom order?

You can submit a request through my website or reach out directly via email/Instagram. From there, we’ll discuss design, timeline, and pricing.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom pieces typically take 3–6 weeks, depending on the design and current workload.
Please plan ahead if ordering for a specific date or event.

Product Care

Are your pieces food safe?

Yes—all pieces are made with food-safe materials and glazes.

Are they dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! That said, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your piece.

How durable are they?

Each piece is made from high-quality stoneware and fired for durability.
That said, ceramics can break if dropped or handled roughly—so treat them with care.

Why do pieces vary slightly?

Every piece is made by hand or hand thrown on the wheel, which means slight variations in shape, size, and design are part of what makes each one unique.

No two pieces will ever be exactly the same—and that’s the beauty of handmade.
